Consultation Fees

• All consultations are free during the first two months of our launch period to help businesses explore our offerings. After this period, consultations will follow our standard pricing structure and are non-refundable once completed.

Service Refunds

1. Full Refunds:

• Full refunds are available if requested within the first 7 business days from the service start date.

2. Partial Refunds:

• Partial refunds are available for refund requests made within the first 2 weeks (14 calendar days) of the service start date. These refunds will deduct the value of services already delivered.

3. No Refunds After 2 Weeks:

• Refund requests made after the first 2 weeks will not be honored unless:

Theros Global Consulting initiates the refund.

Unforeseen Circumstances: A refund may be granted under exceptional, unforeseen circumstances with documented proof provided by the client.
