Service Refunds

• Full refunds are available if requested within the first 7 business days from the service start date.

2. Partial Refunds:

• Partial refunds are available for refund requests made within the first 2 weeks (14 calendar days) of the service start date. These refunds will deduct the value of services already delivered.

3. No Refunds After 2 Weeks:

• Refund requests made after the first 2 weeks will not be honored unless:

• Theros Global Consulting initiates the refund.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: A refund may be granted under exceptional, unforeseen circumstances with documented proof provided by the client.
